Clinical Fellow position at Seton Hall

Seton Hall University School of Law, Center for Social Justice is seeking applications for a Clinical Fellow to work in its clinics from January 2011 until July 2012, with the possibility of renewal of the position for an additional year. The Clinical Fellow will work with clinics that focus on complex civil litigation, including multi-party litigation as well as law reform and impact litigation. Applicants should have experience with pre-trial litigation, including discovery and motion practice. All applicants must be members of a state Bar; New Jersey bar membership is preferred but not required. Review of applications will begin December 1, 2010, and will continue until the position is filled.
