Position: Criminal Justice Program Associate
Reports to: Government Affairs Counsel & Policy Counsel

The Constitution Project is seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to its Criminal Justice Program, which is led by the Government Affairs Counsel and the Policy Counsel.   The Government Affairs Counsel is responsible for promoting reforms to the death penalty and related issues in Congress and the executive branch.  The Policy Counsel is responsible for the Project’s public education and advocacy activities in support of criminal justice reforms in a wide variety of areas.  The Criminal Justice Program Associate will be responsible for an array of tasks, encompassing both substantive and administrative support to the Criminal Justice Program.

Salary is commensurate with experience.  The Constitution Project provides an excellent benefits package, including employer-paid health and dental insurance for the employee, a 403(b) retirement plan with contribution matching options, flexible spending accounts, and four weeks paid vacation.
