The American Bar Association’s Death Penalty Representation Project is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney at the Project’s Washington, D.C. office.

The Human Rights Program (HRP) at Harvard Law School is seeking applicants for a fellowship.  The fellow will help develop projects and activities related to the National Human Rights Institutions Initiative in consultation with HRP’s Directors.  This fellowship position is intended to start around mid-September 2008.

There is a fellow position with Emory Law School Turner Environmental Law Clinic for the 2008-2009 academic year.  The Fellow would be involved in client representations and teaching students enrolled in the Clinic and would serve under the Clinic’s Interim Director. The Fellow must have a J.D. degree, excellent credentials, and ideally at least 2 years of practice experience. Experience in environmental law, litigation, regulatory practice, and Georgia bar admission are especially valuable, but are not required.
